Note:  Some forms have changed effective January 1, 2007. GDOT will no longer accept previous versions of the application for Outdoor Advertising Permit, Local Zoning Certification, or Multimessage Permit Application.  There is a new required form - Local Government Certification and Multimessage Permit for Outdoor Advertising. Our Permit Transfer Application process and form has been streamlined and revised effective November 14, 2008.
