Annual dues shall be set by majority vote of the Board of Directors of the Association and invoiced to each member Plant. The annual dues are to be assessed on the following basis:
- Each Plant member, in-state and out-of-state, shall pay $3.85 per face (standard junior, poster and/or bulletin). Multi-message signs should be calculated per-flip into this total. Minimum dues for all Plant members shall be $250. This assessment is known as Part I dues.
- Each plant will pay a proportionate percentage of their Plant's net revenues (gross sales less agency commissions) for the previous calendar year. The proper calculation for this is Plant Annual Net Revenues multiplied by .0014. Minimum dues for all Plant members shall be $250. This assessment is known as Part II dues.
- Associate members (suppliers, lease holders and others directly related to outdoor advertising) shall pay $500 annually if based out-of-state. If based in Georgia, associates shall pay $1,000.
- Affiliate members (advertisers, agencies and others not directly related to outdoor) shall all pay $300 annually.
- Non-profit affiliates (public service clients, community social services) shall receive complimentary membership.
